By accessing or using Docuhost (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Docuhost provides a file hosting and sharing platform that allows users to upload, store, and share files with others. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, share, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload content that violates the intellectual property rights of others
• Share personal information of others without their consent

5. Content Policy

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and those you share with.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be objectionable or harmful.

6. Service Limitations

The Service has certain limitations that vary by user tier:

• Guest uploads: 100MB max file size, 24-hour retention
• Free accounts: 100MB max file size, 7-day retention, monthly upload limits
• Pro accounts: 10GB max file size, permanent storage, unlimited uploads

We reserve the right to modify these limitations at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Docuhost be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
