Uploaded Files

When you upload files to Docuhost, we temporarily store these files on our servers to enable sharing. Files uploaded by guest users are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Files uploaded by registered users are stored according to their subscription plan.

If you create an account, we collect your email address and optional profile information such as your name. We use this information to manage your account and communicate with you about our service.

Data Retention

Guest uploads are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Free account uploads are retained for 7 days. Pro account uploads are retained indefinitely unless you delete them. Account information is retained until you delete your account.
